title of book: The
QC: A - Z |
| Basic premise: Alien and Squirrel will take the BACK SEAT to the content of the book, however, will only drive the story along. Alien comes to earth to complete his QC files and after their chance meeting Squirrel helps him find his missing links through her massive collection she has "squirreled" away. Alien insists that his files must reflect the uniqueness and personality of the QC. Squirrel says that she can come up with everything he needs for his files from A through Z for his scholarly research. |
| Process of the MetroArts Storyboard/Graphic Art Illustration creators: The creators have been given general guidelines about the project and participated in a series of lectures and brainstorming sessions to arrive at a general consensus of the content of the book. In addition to the design of the characters we have arrived at an agreement of the creators and MetroArts staff to align each alphabet letter to a particular face or place of the QC. As of Friday, June 22nd, we have 6 layouts that look like they are on target. In addition, we have several thumbnails of other pages that look very promising. This initial "official" critique from the MetroArts staff was beneficial to help establish guidelines and precedent for the rest of the pages. |
